1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, purchasing, or using AstroMatchLab (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not accept these Terms, you may not use the Service.

These Terms apply worldwide and include additional protections for EU consumers as required by law.

2. Service Overview

AstroMatchLab is an AI-powered digital platform provided by AMB Global Digital Solutions LTD, a Cyprus incorporated entity (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

The Service may provide AI-based matching insights, astrology-related analysis, compatibility summaries, or other automated outputs. We may update, modify, restrict, or discontinue features at any time to maintain performance, safety, and compliance.

3. Token System

AstroMatchLab operates with a token model:

  • 2 tokens are provided with the one-off purchase
  • Each output, report, or interaction may consume one or more tokens depending on complexity
  • Tokens are non-transferable and have no cash value

We reserve the right to change consumption rates and feature access rules when needed.

4. Pricing & Purchase

AstroMatchLab is purchased as a one-time digital product.

  • €9.99 provides 2 tokens
  • Prices may be displayed in alternative currencies depending on your region/payment provider.
  • VAT or other taxes may apply based on your billing location.

5. Billing & Payment

Payments are charged immediately at checkout using your chosen payment method. All payments are final and non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

6. Refund Policy & EU Consumer Rights

6.1 General Refund Policy

Because AstroMatchLab is a digital service where tokens can be used immediately, purchases are generally non-refundable, unless required by applicable law.

6.2 EU Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers Only)

EU consumers may have a 14-day right of withdrawal. However, this right may be lost if:

  • you request immediate access, and
  • you use the Service (including token consumption) within that period.

By using the Service after purchase, you agree that performance begins immediately and you may lose withdrawal rights once usage starts.

To request a withdrawal (if eligible), contact help@astromatchlab.com with:

  • your name
  • purchase email
  • order ID / reference
  • withdrawal request

Eligible refunds will be issued within 14 days.

7. User Eligibility & Account Responsibility

  • Users must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent.
  • You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.
  • You must not share accounts in ways that violate these Terms.

8. Acceptable Use

You must not:

  • use the Service unlawfully
  • submit content that violates third-party rights
  • attempt to exploit, reverse engineer, scrape, or bypass controls
  • misuse the Service for harassment, fraud, or discrimination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations.

9. Intellectual Property

All Service content, branding, systems, software, and outputs are owned by AMB Global Digital Solutions LTD or its licensors. Unauthorized copying, redistribution, resale, or exploitation is prohibited.

10. Disclaimer (Astrology & AI Output)

The Service provides AI-generated informational and entertainment content. You acknowledge:

  • outputs are not professional advice
  • results may be inaccurate or subjective
  • you are responsible for interpreting and using outputs
  • we do not guarantee outcomes or compatibility accuracy

Astrology and matching insights are offered for informational and entertainment purposes only.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • the Service is provided “as is”
  • we disclaim warranties of accuracy, fitness, and reliability
  • we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the purchase (€9.99).

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if:

  • you violate these Terms
  • unlawful or abusive activity is detected
  • required by law

Unused tokens may be forfeited when termination results from breach.

13. Data Protection & Privacy

We comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Cyprus privacy laws. For details, please refer to the Privacy Policy available on astromatchlab.com.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Cyprus. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of Nicosia, Cyprus, unless consumer law requires otherwise.
